1. Introduction:
This is special roller beds for tank/pipe painting processes. While, it also can be considered as common turning rolls in your production. We only have 60T&100T as our standard roller beds. If you have special requirements, please contact us.

3. Main features
The standard models of our roller beds have the following features:
- This special turning rolls consist of one driving bolt adjustable turning roll, one idle bolt adjustable turning roll
- and electric control system, etc;
- All the connectors are designed with safety protections and improved airproof performance to ensure the
- machine can work in severe surroundings;
- There is metallic wheel groove in the middle of roller which is used for supporting the fake flange during
- painting;
- Steplessly controllable rotary drives by means of A.C. anti-explosion motor drive via self-locking worm gear
- reducers;
- Schneider or Panasonic inverter to realize VFD speed control and synchronous rotation of rollers;
- With travel boogie, very convenient to transfer the material;
