This is special roller beds for tank/pipe sand blasting processes. While, it also can be considered as common turning rolls in your production. We only have 60T&100T as our standard roller beds.

This special turning rolls consist of one driving bolt adjustable turning roll, one idle bolt adjustable turning roll and electric control system, etc;
All the connectors are designed with safety protections and improved airproof performance to ensure the machine can work in severe surroundings;
Special structure design to avoid sand deposit;
Steplessly controllable rotary drives by means of A.C. anti-explosion motor drive via self-locking worm gear reducers;
Schneider or Panasonic inverter to realize VFD speed control and synchronous rotation of rollers;
With travel boogie, very convenient to transfer the material;
